Delete Your OCDay Account & Data

OCDay, developed by Yellow Smart Lab, allows you to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to request account deletion

Send an email to yellowcode.books@gmail.com
Use the subject line: "Delete Account Request"
Send the email from your registered account email address, so we can verify your identity
In the email body, please confirm you want your OCDay account and data permanently deleted

    Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 2 business days of receiving your verified request.
  

What data is deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Your account profile (email, name)
All tasks and task-related data
App usage data and personal settings

What data may be retained

Subscription and billing records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, tax compliance), in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
